By using Omni, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Omni. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your Content

We do not own the documents you upload. Your data is only ever stored on your device. You grant Omni permission to process your content to provide quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and other features you request.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are offered via subscription through the Apple App Store. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple according to their policies.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Omni to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen issues. Features may change or be updated over time.

Omni provides study assistance tools and does not guarantee academic outcomes. Use the app as a supplement to your learning process.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
